Project Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your project before work has started, please contact us as soon as possible. Any refund, if applicable, will depend on the project status and any work already completed.

Once work has started, payments made for completed work, time, research, design, development, or other services may not be refundable.

Revisions & Support

If something is not aligned with the agreed project requirements, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue according to the agreed scope of work.

Please note that additional features or changes outside the original project scope may require additional time and charges.
