Refund policy

At EcomWithZain, we are committed to delivering high-quality Shopify development services. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. GENERAL POLICY
Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun. However, we handle every case fairly and on an individual basis.

2. ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND
You may request a refund in the following cases:
- Work has NOT started yet after payment — full refund will be issued.
- We are unable to deliver the agreed service due to our fault — full or partial refund based on work completed.
- Duplicate payment made by mistake — full refund will be issued.

3. NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND
No refund will be issued in these cases:
- Work has already started or been completed.
- You changed your mind after work began.
- Delays caused by your failure to provide required information or access.
- Issues caused by Shopify platform or third-party apps outside our control.
- You violated Shopify's terms of service resulting in store suspension.

4. REVISION POLICY (INSTEAD OF REFUND)
If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, we strongly recommend requesting a revision first. We offer free revisions as per your package before considering a refund.

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund, contact us within 3 days of the issue:

We will review and respond within 48 hours.

6. REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
