Welcome to EcomWithZain. By hiring our services or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. SERVICES
EcomWithZain provides Shopify store development, theme customization, dropshipping setup, product listing, payment/shipping configuration, and speed optimization services. The scope of each project is defined at the time of order confirmation.

2. PAYMENTS
- Full payment or agreed deposit is required before work begins.
- Prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). International clients may pay via agreed method (Bank Transfer, Wise, PayPal, etc.).
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Already confirmed orders will not be affected.

3. PROJECT TIMELINE
- Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the start of each project.
- Delays caused by client (late feedback, missing content, login access issues) are not the responsibility of EcomWithZain.
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party platforms (Shopify, payment gateways, etc.).

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- You must provide accurate information, branding materials, and access credentials on time.
- You are responsible for having a valid Shopify account.
- Any content (images, text, logos) provided by you must be legally owned or licensed by you.

5. REVISIONS
- Minor revisions are included as per your package.
- Major changes outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.
- Revision requests must be made within 7 days of project delivery.

6. OWNERSHIP
- Upon full payment, you own all rights to your Shopify store.
- EcomWithZain reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY
- We will not share your business information, login credentials, or project details with any third party.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- EcomWithZain is not responsible for any revenue loss, business loss, or indirect damages arising from use of our services.
- We are not responsible for Shopify platform outages, policy changes, or third-party app failures.

9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved under Pakistani jurisdiction.
